Malicious Activity: attempt to upload malware, spyware, or other harmful code, or disrupt the Service.
Automated Abuse: use bots, scripts, or automated tools to excessively access or overload our systems.
Fraud and Deception: impersonate others, spread misinformation, or use the Service for scams or fraudulent activities.
You are solely responsible for the content you generate, upload, or share through the Platform.
You must ensure that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or rights of others.
If you share generated content publicly, you must clearly indicate that it is AI-generated, where relevant.
We may review content for compliance with this Policy but are not obligated to do so.
We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or report activity to authorities if we believe a violation has occurred.
Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent bans.
If you encounter content or activity that violates this Policy, please report it to info@synthartic.com.
We may update this Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
