2. Nature of Our Products
Tokens and token packs are virtual, non-tangible credits used to access certain features within our platform.
Once delivered to your account, tokens are considered consumed digital goods and cannot be returned or exchanged for money.
The Service is deemed delivered at the moment tokens are credited to the User’s account and/or access to content generation functionality is provided. The use of tokens to generate content constitutes actual consumption of the Service.
3. General Refund Policy
All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds will not be issued for:
• change of mind after purchase;
• failure to use purchased tokens before expiry or account closure;
• account suspension or termination due to violation of the Terms;
• dissatisfaction with generated content;
• subjective expectations regarding AI-generated results;
• errors in user prompts affecting the output;
• partially or fully used tokens.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds in the following cases:
• Duplicate purchase caused by a technical error
• Incorrect billing amount due to a system malfunction
• Service unavailability for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) preventing token usage
• Legal requirement under applicable law
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
• technical error resulting in duplicate charges;
• incorrect billing amount due to system malfunction;
• service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours preventing token usage;
• other cases explicitly required by applicable law.
5. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@synthartic.com within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.
You must provide:
• Your full name and account email
• The order number or transaction ID
• A detailed description of the issue and reason for refund
We may request additional information or documentation to process your request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of abuse, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, attempts to circumvent restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension.
We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that violates this Refund Policy.
