Synthartic is an AI-powered content generation platform that provides Users with access to a suite of artificial intelligence tools, including but not limited to:

“Tokens” (also referred to as “credits”) are virtual, non-tangible units of consumption used to access AI generation features within the Service. Each AI generation action consumes a specific number of tokens, which is displayed to the User in the dashboard before the generation is executed.
Tokens purchased on Synthartic are valid only for use within the Synthartic platform and have no cash value. Tokens cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, gifted, or redeemed for cash or any other form of currency.
We offer the following one-time token packs, with bonus credits added on top of the base pack amount:
All prices and charges are displayed and processed in Euro (EUR / €). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion at their own rates if your payment method is denominated in a different currency.
Tokens are delivered instantly and automatically to the User’s account dashboard immediately after a successful payment is confirmed by our third-party payment processor. No physical goods are shipped.
The Service is deemed delivered at the moment tokens are credited to the User’s account and access to content generation functionality is provided. The use of tokens to generate content constitutes actual consumption of the Service.
To consume tokens, the User logs into their account at https://panel.synthartic.com, selects the desired AI tool, provides input (a text prompt, image, file, or other parameters), and submits the generation request. The corresponding number of tokens is deducted from the User’s balance upon successful generation of the output.
Purchased tokens do not have an expiration date and remain available in the User’s account indefinitely, provided that the account remains active and in good standing. Tokens may be forfeited in case of account suspension or termination due to violation of these Terms (see Section 4.2).
Charges for purchases made on Synthartic will appear on your bank or card statement as “SYNTHARTIC.COM” or a similar identifier provided by our payment processor. If you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at info@synthartic.com before initiating a chargeback.
By clicking “Buy”, “Choose pack”, “Pay”, or any equivalent purchase confirmation button on our website or in our dashboard, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to repeated refund requests, attempts to circumvent restrictions, or fraudulent activity.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may be considered abuse and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
We reserve the right to dispute any unjustified chargeback and to provide our payment processor and the issuing bank with evidence of service delivery, including token usage logs, login history, and account activity.
Synthartic does not accept payments from Users located in or residing in countries restricted by our payment processor or by applicable sanctions regimes, including but not limited to:
Russia, Belarus, Iran, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and any other jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or restrictions imposed by our payment service provider.
Users from these countries are not permitted to purchase tokens. Any transaction originating from a restricted jurisdiction may be declined, reversed, or rejected without prior notice, and the corresponding account may be suspended.
Use of the Synthartic platform is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, available at https://synthartic.com/acceptable-use-policy/, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy.
To access paid features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
The Synthartic platform, its software, design, logos, and all related materials are owned by BYTENESK SP. Z.O.O. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the inputs (prompts, files, images) you submit to the Service, subject to the limitations of applicable law (including third-party rights). To the extent permitted by law, you may use the AI-generated output for your own purposes, including commercial use, provided your use complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content does not infringe third-party rights or violate any law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is offensive or otherwise inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing all output before use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BYTENESK SP. Z.O.O., its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
All payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by the payment processor.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Any updates will be posted on this page with the updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email where reasonably practicable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights granted to you under the law of your country of residence.
