Refund Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled for services purchased through synthartic.com (“Service”, “Platform”), operated by BYTENESK Sp. z o.o. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By making a purchase on the Platform, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

  • All fees are displayed before checkout and must be paid in full to access the purchased features.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers; we do not store your full credit card details.

2. Refund Eligibility

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction, but due to the digital nature of our Service, all sales are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

  • One-time purchases (e.g., credits): Once delivered to your account, these cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. EU Consumer Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you may have additional rights under EU consumer protection laws, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for certain online purchases. However, please note that:

  • This right may not apply once digital content (e.g., credits, AI generations) is delivered and used.

  • By purchasing and using digital services immediately, you expressly consent to waive your withdrawal right.
